Worship is at the very heart of the church's life. All that the church is and does is rooted in its worship. The community of faith, gathered in response to God's call, is formed in its worship. Worship is the principal influence that shapes our faith, and is the most visible way we express the faith. We gather to worship on Sunday and worship God in our work throughout the week.
God comes to us in free and undeserved favor in the person of Jesus Christ who lived, died, and rose for us that we might belong to God and serve Christ in the world.

The Men's Ministry seeks to strengthen men in their relationship to Jesus Christ, other men, and as leaders in the home, church, and workplace. Our men encourage each other informally as well as through more intentional gatherings throughout the year.
We will lead children into a growing relationship with Christ by creating environments in which children are encouraged to pursue friendship with God, make friends with good people, understand their God-given gifts and begin to use them, and positively affect their friends with the love of Jesus.
The Deacon Ministry at Dover Shores Baptist Church can be summarized in one word, service. Our main priority is follow the Biblical mandate to care for the community of believers at Dover Shores, as well to share the love of Jesus with others.
Our mission is to inform and inspire Christian women to influence their world for Christ. We meet on the 2nd Monday of each month at 2:00 pm in the choir room. All women are welome.
